Waterless Cooking Demystified – Part 5 – How to Cook With Waterless Cookware
Remember, there's really no trick to with waterless cookware. The basic idea of cooking with waterless cookware is simple:
Prepare dishes with or without the addition of water to a boil.
Start cooking over medium heat.
Wait to start naturally liquid to steam again, preferably with the support of advanced control (see below).
Turn the heat to low or off, and let simmer to finish cooking.
Add or Add Water?
If you are cooking with dryFoods such as rice or spaghetti, you get a small amount of water needed, just enough to cover the bottom of the pot.
When you cook foods like vegetables, you do not generally need to fill up and. The vegetable is to cook in their natural juices.

This method of waterless cooking is just me, but once you use the rotary, you'll never go back to the traditional cookware.
