Made of aluminum, which is an excellent conductor of heat, these pans warm up through the bottoms and sides for even cooking. We bought this to replace our older non-stick set and so far it has worked very well! I'm pleased with the amount and variety of pans it came with, as well as their quality. For what we paid this is a good investment and we hope it will last us for years to come.

For the amount of money, I think these are great pots and pans. They are very easy to clean, and they cook my food. I'm not sure there's too much more to pots and pans.

The only problem I can report with this set is that the largest pan does not have a top, which has been annoying from time to time. Although a plate works just fine.

It certainly isn't the best set of pans, but for the small amount of money they are a good deal.
