Easy Meal Ideas For Side Dishes

Sometimes come with the main course meal is the easy part, but what they have to, can the hard question. I usually serve as my vegetables and I always try new ideas. Here are a few of our favorites.

Potatoes. Try twice-baked potatoes, adding milk, grated cheese and ranch dressing. For children with small potatoes makes this more fun.

Zucchini. Chop zucchini into strips and cover you put on a sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with butter. Then salt and pepper. You can add other chopped vegetables. Wrap up and bake 30 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Stuffed Zucchini is another great option.

Carrots. Serve carrots cut into strips with a dip, shredded in aCarrots, lettuce or carrots with a little icing sugar and butter.

Cauliflower. Steam and serve with cheese sauce or baked with garlic butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs tossed sprinkle.

Broccoli. Stir broccoli with a tablespoon oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in a 500 degree oven for 10-12 minutes stirring once. Create a broccoli salad with bacon bits and sunflower seeds or serve raw with a dip.
