Spent a lot of time researching cookware. Purchased 1 piece of All-Clad and 1 piece of Calphalon years ago to see how they were. After reading all of the reviews here and at other sites, purchased this set. They have exceeded my expectations. It’s a pleasure to cook with these. Having the tri-ply construction all the way up the sides allows the food to cook evenly. Didn’t realize how bad my previous cookware was until I started using the Cuisinart. Don’t believe I needed to spend the extra $$ for the All-Clad or Calphalon. Handles stay surprisingly cool throughout cooking. Very happy with this purchase.
