| Coated inside and out with rugged nonstick, Circulon 2 cookware eliminates the chore of scrubbing pots and pans. Inside their bottoms, Circulon's patented Hi-Low system of concentric grooves creates narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving low, wide grooves unscathed to readily release food and ensuring long life for the nonstick coating. Beneath the nonstick is harder-than-steel anodized aluminum. Pot and pan bottoms are left uncoated to conduct heat quickly and prevent hot spots. Slip-resistant synthetic grips on riveted, polished, stainless-steel handles stay cool on the stovetop and go safely in an oven up to 350 degrees F. Heavyweight, 18/10 stainless-steel lids polished to a mirror finish present a gleaming contrast to the attractive, charcoal gray, enamel-like appearance of Circulon 2's nonstick exterior. This 12-piece set outfits a kitchen with family-sized pots and pans. It consists of 1-1/2-quart and 3-quart saucepans with lids; a 4-quart saucepot with a lid; a 12-inch sauté pan with a lid; an 8-quart stockpot with a lid; and 8-inch and 10-inch skillets. The Hi-Low concentric grooves climb about an inch up the pots and pans' rounded sides, permitting thorough scraping without damaging the nonstick coating. | I just replaced all of my cookware with the Circulon 2 and I love it. It cooks faster than other brands I've owned. It's also a lot easier to clean. The only drawback is that you cannot wash it in the dishwasher, but it is so easy to clean that I don't think I'll miss it that much. |

| Circulon is not as popular as Calphalon or Analon, but I think it is superior to either of them. I have had my set of pans for nearly 5 years and there's not a scratch on any of the pieces. My daughter has had her set for 7 years with no scratches. The tiny ridges on Circulon are what seems to account for this phenomenon. Both Circulon and Analon are smooth surfaced. I love my pans so much that I just recently bought a complete set for my son and his wife. Highly recommend Circulon pans! |

| Cannot say enough good about this set. My fiance does most of the cooking, and I let him pick out the cookware for our registry. What a great choice -- I love cooking with them too! Everything heats so evenly and quickly. I was a bit worried when it said not to use on 'high' for electric stoves, but it heated so quickly on the '7' setting, it was faster than my old teflon set on high! Also won't miss that you can't dishwash them -- they clean so easily! The ergonomic handles are great, too. Excellent set, hands down. |
